Our Highlands line of spring water contains no fluoride.

Mountain Valley water contains trace amounts–approximately 0.1 milligram–of the mineral fluoride, according to the International Sanitation Foundation Laboratories. Fluoride is an important mineral for healthy teeth, particularly protecting teeth’s outer layer, or enamel, which is made of loosely packed mineral crystals. Fluoride helps protect enamel from acid that destroys enamel and leads to possible tooth decay. Fluoride also helps speed up the process of mineral crystal formation.
